Bearsatile requires that you book experiences two weeks in advance. After you book an experience you will receive confirmation and your invoice. You have 24 hrs to pay deposit and sign contract. A week prior to your event, we will follow up via email or text, confirming times for delivery and pick up, details, and any special accommodations.   

We cannot refund bookings but we would gladly reschedule your experience. Rescheduling will have to be made within two months of your original booking date.  

Bearsatile Experience does not provide food. You are more than welcome to eat inside of the tent, regardless of your package. Alcohol is not permitted in public parks, but at home you are more than welcome to add whatever you want to your bar cart. 

We typically ask that you book your experience two weeks in advance in order to get any special requests/accommodations taken care of. For any bookings with  short notice (36 hours or less) a rush fee will be applied.  

If you are running behind and your experience is at a park, please text us at least an hour in advance as we will have to have an attendant stay with our products. If you have to shut down early please let us know an hour in advance so that we can pack up. Our products are to not remain alone at public parks. 

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date. If you need to cancel/reschedule please let us know 36 hours in advance.
